Kendra Springs Legacy
Kendra Springs was a dedicated and passionate student in the College of Charleston Honors College who interned at the Norris Lab during her undergraduate studies. She was deeply committed to researching less toxic treatments for diseases, driven by her own experience with cancer. Tragically, Kendra passed away following complications from a lung and heart transplant. To continue her legacy, her parents established the Kendra Springs Memorial Research Award, ensuring that future students can pursue impactful research in her honor.
